After 22 months, it's finally time to let the hair go. And you decide what happens to this blank canvas. Comb-over? Samurai topknot? Krusty the Clown? Bad Hair for a Good Cause. You encourage me to do stupid things by donating money to humanitarian organizations. Let the voting begin . . .

More Donations and Votes

For simplicity's sake, I'll be linking to the FAQ at the top of each new post from now on. If you have any questions that remain unanswered, either drop me a line or make a post in the comments.

Now, on to the most recent vote totals:
Total Donations: $590
Doctors Without Borders $430
Amnesty International $25
Human Rights Watch $10
Save Darfur.org $125

Krusty: 220
Comb-Over: 140
Just Plain Bald (Write-In): 115
Samurai: 60
Corn Rows (Write-In): 25
The Best Choice (Write-In): 20
Friar Tuck (Write-In): 10

A few new write-in candidates have come in. Corn Rows are self-explanatory, but the "Best Choice" and "Friar Tuck" may not be.

Here's how the inventor of the Best Choice described his creation: "a rat tail 5 centimeters in diameter, 1/8" fade everywhere else, a 10 cm lightning bolt shaved in the 1/8" crop on each side, 'LOVE' shaved in the left half of [the] moustache, 'HATE' shaved in the right half of [the] mustache."

And the Friar Tuck is perhaps better seen than described:

Oh, if only I'd seen the Best Choice before I voted!

So does a vote for Friar Tuck mean a vote for you wearing a hooded robe (with pillow stuffing) and rope belt for a couple days? Because I think it should.

how bout the rowhawk, the perfect molding of two, disparate cultures?

that would be basically cornrows everywhere but the middle where there is a braided mohawk (wood glue would have to be involved once again). glass beads might have to also be involved.

if anyone's got a hooded monk's robe here in dc and will let me borrow it, i'll waar it around for a day should the friar tuck hail victorious. though given the way voting is going, i can't imagine that the friar tuck will win . . .

I already voted for Krusty, if if hair dye was an option, I'd cast my votes for rufio: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v486/DonkeyPuncherJ/Rufio.jpg
